We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team. As a member of the kitchen staff, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and support the chefs and cooks in daily operations. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the supervision of kitchen supervisors or chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools
- Stock supplies and ingredients in the kitchen and storage areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately
- Support kitchen team with any additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot and humid kitchen environments

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
