Experienced full time Servers

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Experienced servers to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We serve breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. The hours are approximately 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are family -owned and operated.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Bus tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food service best practices.

Experience

• Applicants MUST have previous server experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
• Experience using a POS system
• Ability to work all weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.

Pay: $16.99 - $25.00 per hour
