Server Supervisor/PM shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards in line with restaurant policies
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Train new staff on food safety, customer service protocols, POS operation, and restaurant procedures
• Handle shift management duties, delegating tasks, and resolving operational issues promptly
• Enforce food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards across all areas of service

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong supervisory responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling best practices
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; excellent cash handling skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through staff training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management, and profit/loss analysis
• Exceptional communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training & development, and managerial communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality

Pay: $4.00 - $7.00 per hour
