- Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
- Step into classrooms and quickly follow established routines and expectations
- Support a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children
- Communicate effectively with teachers and leadership
- Manage transitions, behaviors, and unexpected situations calmly
- Represent the standards and culture of the school consistently
- Reliability and follow-through—if you accept a shift, we expect you to show up
- Professional behavior and communication in all classrooms
- Ability to adapt quickly without needing constant direction

- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or higher
- Must pass background check and required clearances including physical and drug screen
