The Role:

Day-to-day, you willoperateat the intersection of executive support and strategic coordination:
Manageahighly complexand ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and critical meetings
Coordinate daily briefings, prepare materials, and ensure the CIO is equipped for key discussions and decisions
Serve as atrusted thought partner, helping to organize priorities, synthesize information, andmaintainforward momentum
Support andcoordinate smaller projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Act asa central pointof connection across IT, clinical leaders, and administrative stakeholders
Build strong relationships across departments, fostering alignment and collaboration
Process and organizehigh volumes of information, translating complexity into actionable insights
Maintain composure and effectiveness in afast-paced, change-driven environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $25.72 - $45.68 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
