Salary ranges from $68,640-$87,651 Financial Incentives

Job Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Bachelor's Degree with appropriate licensure/certification required, Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred.
- Licensed in the State of Ohio:
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)
- LMFT (Independent Marriage & Family Therapist)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LSW (Licensed Social Worker )
- MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
