Client Experience Coordinator
We are a recovery and wellness studio opening soon and looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is focused on delivering a high quality customer experience while educating clients on services, memberships, and packages.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, comfortable discussing memberships, and motivated to help clients find the best fit for their recovery and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Educate clients on services, memberships, and packages
Support membership enrollment and package sales through clear communication
Schedule appointments and process payments
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
Assist with daily studio operations and client communication
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing pricing and memberships
Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer facing experience preferred
Interest in wellness, fitness, or recovery is a plus

Part time to start with opportunity to grow
Competitive hourly pay with potential for future performance based incentives
