We are a fast-growing, high-energy Foundation Repair company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners protect and restore their property through expert Concrete Leveling (Polyjacking) solutions. We take pride in a work environment that is fun, positive, safe, and friendly.

- Earning potential: $85,000-$160,000 annually
- 12% commission structure
- Weekly pay
- Paid training
- Company vehicle fuel card
- All leads provided (no farming, hunting, or prospecting involved)
- 401(k) with 4% company match

- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One Saturday per month during peak season (May-September)
This is a consultative, in-home sales role where you'll meet with homeowners, assess their concrete needs, and present solutions that restore the safety and value of their property.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, charismatic, and confident in the home
- Technologically savvy - All of our work is based on CRM software, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Map software, CAD software (training provided) and others.
- Clean driving record
- Complete 20 pre-scheduled appointments per week (company-provided leads)
- Conduct inspections and recommend appropriate leveling solutions
- Create and present estimates using digital sales software
- Follow up via phone and email to close opportunities
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues during the installation process
- Collaborate with the team and attend weekly sales meetings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems
- Prior sales experience, specifically in-home sales
- Proficiency with technology, internet, and digital tools
- Willingness to learn our specific industry solutions (training provided)
