Inventory Control Associate (Cycle Counter)
Job Type: 30 days to hire (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (30 days to hire based on performance)

Company Overview:
The Real Autograph is a fast-growing company specializing in autographed sports memorabilia, delivering authentic, high-quality collectibles to fans and collectors worldwide. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team and help maintain accurate inventory of signed merchandise.
Position Overview:
The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing regular inventory counts and audits to ensure overall inventory accuracy. This role works closely with the Inventory Control Manager and plays a key part in maintaining organized and precise inventory records.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in cycle counting or inventory control, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory systems and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled daily and weekly cycle counts on autographed inventory
- Conduct spot audits and physical counts as needed
- Accurately record and document count data
- Follow proper inventory handling procedures during counts
- Communicate discrepancies or inconsistencies to the Inventory Control Manager
- Ensure counts are completed on time and in accordance with company standards
- Assist with maintaining organized warehouse storage areas
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in cycle counting or inventory control
- Experience with inventory management systems (Fishbowl preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
- Strong math skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute
