As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels
• Provide expert guidance on fair housing regulations and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and community developments
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents in compliance with real estate law
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and coordinating property management activities as needed

Requirements

• Valid Delaware real estate license in accordance with state regulations
• Proven experience or background in sales, negotiation, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and administrative experience in real estate is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliant transactions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
