Role Description The Specialized Reading Tutor will provide individualized reading instruction and coaching to learners, with a focus on literacy development and leadership-oriented reading. This part-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL involves planning and delivering structured reading interventions, assessing learner needs, and tracking progress over time. The tutor will design and facilitate one-on-one and small-group sessions, select appropriate texts, and guide discussions to deepen comprehension and critical thinking. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with stakeholders to align learning goals, and adjusting instructional strategies based on learner feedback and performance. The tutor will also contribute to program improvement by recommending new materials and approaches that support diverse learners.

Qualifications
- Ability to deliver effective Reading Intervention and Literacy support tailored to individual learner needs.
- Demonstrated experience in Tutoring and providing structured academic or skills-based support.

- Familiarity with Online Tutoring platforms and tools, with the flexibility to adapt methods for hybrid or future remote formats.
