We’re seeking a dependable, detail-driven CNC Machinist to operate, program, and maintain CNC equipment with accuracy and pride. What You’ll Do
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components that meet strict specifications and tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work orders to plan efficient machining operations.
• Inspect, measure, and verify parts using precision tools to ensure consistent quality.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor production runs to maintain peak performance.
• Document production data and inspection results in quality logs.
• Keep machines and work areas clean, calibrated, and in top operating condition.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to identify process improvements and solve machining challenges.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational standards.
What You Bring
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist (Mazatrol, Fanuc, or Citizen Swiss preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or engineering coursework a plus.
• Strong understanding of trigonometry, geometry, and algebra.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and offsets — able to interpret code and make adjustments when needed.
• Experience setting up and operating mills and lathes with minimal supervision.
• Keen eye for detail, quality, and precision.
• Solid problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Tow motor experience a plus.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
