The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Weld Inspector who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll inspect completed weld products and provide feedback to weld staff while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily inspection of multiple weld products
- Completing daily inspection logs
- Collaborate with supporting functions (quality, paint, etc)
- Provide feedback to weld staff, associates, and leadership on quality trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Three or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year as an Inspector.
- A basic ability to read blueprints/diagrams/specifications and to follow/comprehend detailed instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
What Sets You Apart:
- General knowledge of the welding process
- A High School diploma or GED is highly preferred
Where and When You’ll Work:
- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Standard working hours: 8:30pm – 5:00am
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Wage - $22.50/hour $1.50/hour shift premium
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
