Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Mid-to-high range hourly rate
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations including pulling materials, loading and unloading freight, operating lift trucks, and completing basic paperwork. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on their feet and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manually pull materials and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload boxes, pallets, and freight trucks
- Stage and pull trucks for outbound shipments
- Operate lift trucks to move equipment and materials
- Prep lift trucks and equipment for maintenance
- Audit and maintain accurate truck locations
- Stand up and organize cradled trucks
- Assist with truck overflow and warehouse organization
- Read reports and orders and complete required paperwork
- Support high-volume shipping and receiving (up to 4 trucks docked during peak hours, typically 10am–3pm)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience with material handling and freight operations
- Ability to operate lift trucks (certification a plus)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and complete basic paperwork and reports
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
