The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting manufacturing and management by performing data analysis that drives manufacturing improvements
- Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineers, and Production Managers to develop effective countermeasures
- Utilizing data to find proactive approaches to improve training to prevent repeat problems in manufacturing processes
- Observing processes in order to understand opportunities for improvement
- Analyzing data in Excel
- Associates Degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Specifically experience with Kaizen, Muda, 5S, and Quality Control Circles
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Bi)
- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility - ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
- Standard working hours are 6am - 3pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs, however, it is not guaranteed
- Travel anticipated to be up to 15%
