Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Earth City, MO)

*This is a full time, hourly position. Some overtime may be required.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments.
- When shipment arrives, verifies shipment against the serial number and the accompanying bill of lading. After verification, inspect and process the equipment to the appropriate location in the warehouse.
- Load and secure equipment at the dock, verify shipment against the serial number and the accompanying bill of lading. After QC inspection document the load by photograph and turn in all paperwork.
- Maintains shipping supplies.
- Load and unload parts at the dock and deliver to the appropriate location.
- Maintain and track Bills of Lading.
- Cleans and maintains warehouse.
- Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality customer service.
Ideal candidate will possess:
Shipping/Receiving or warehouse experience. Computer skills are needed for the position. Certified Forklift Operator is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
-HS Diploma or GED
-Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
-Must be able to climb ladders and/or work on elevated platforms that may be 15’ to 30’ in height
