The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dietary Aide to support our dining team and help ensure high‑quality meal service for the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide
- Assist with basic food preparation and portioning under the direction of the cook.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Deliver meal trays to resident neighborhoods and assist with meal distribution as needed.
- Support kitchen operations during meal service, including restocking and light cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special events or community functions as needed.
- Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity at all times.
- Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
- Complete all state‑required training upon hire and annually.
Required Experience
- Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
- Prior experience in food service, kitchen support, or dietary roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods as needed for kitchen operations.
Job Type

- Hours: 20–25 hours/week
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
