Multifamily Traveling Superintendend
A Carmel-based multifamily builder is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 10 years of experience managing ground-up, stick-framed, slab-on-grade multifamily construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and timelines
- Monitor quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards
- Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Manage project budgets, job costs, and field productivity
- Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts in a timely manner
- Maintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with ground-up, multi-story multifamily construction projects
- Proven experience as a Superintendent for stick-framed, slab-on-grade multifamily developments
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing subcontractors and field personnel
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced construction environments
- Experience with Procore is a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
