We’re looking for a Landscape Account Manager to manage client portfolios, ensure quality service, and drive landscape enhancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary advisor for commercial landscape maintenance and snow clients.
- Conduct site visits, identify landscape improvements, and ensure contract quality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Prepare and present enhancement proposals, budgets, and renewal contracts.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Track client interactions and proposals using CRM/estimating software (Aspire preferred).
- Support snow operations with client communication and service verification during winter events.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B advisory or developmental selling with a consultative approach.
- Degree in horticulture, landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field.
- Experience with Aspire or similar CRM/estimating software (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
- Spanish knowledge is a plus.
- A self-starter who values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
