Job Summary:
We are a Manufacturers Representative Agency with a focus in the construction industry seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating customer orders and inquiries and assisting our outside sales team in closing project opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC material a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
