Tester/Pack Out Associate
Location: Frisco, TX
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 7AM-6PM M-Th (1 Hour Lunch)
OT: In schedule plus some Fridays or Saturdays
About the Opportunity
A leading conveyor and automation equipment manufacturer in the Frisco area is seeking dependable Tester / Pack Out associates to support production and shipment of material-handling systems. This is a hands-on, full-time role offering steady hours, long-term potential, and a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Test conveyor systems using 5-lb boxes to confirm operation and product flow.
Load, unload, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
Palletize, crate, band, and shrink-wrap products for outbound shipments.
Assist with freight loading and staging for carriers.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and basic hand tools (drill, hammer, screwdriver).
Maintain warehouse organization and remove excess materials as directed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures during testing and packaging.
Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and repeatedly handle 5-lb boxes.
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, or banding tools a plus.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
