Server and Bartender

The Rangeley Tavern is seeking year-round servers/bartenders to work 3-5 shifts per week starting immediately. In addition to working in our Tavern, there will be opportunities to participate in the execution of large private events. Prior server experience, good organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills are a must. Serve Safe and other certifications a plus. Our servers average over $20/hr with tips, and we ensure that during slow periods they average a minimum of at least $10/hr.

The Rangeley Inn offers downtown and waterfront lodging in the heart of Maine’s lakes and mountains. The property features 45 rooms, on-site dining at The Rangeley Tavern, a banquet facility, and 500 feet of water frontage on Haley Pond. Our guests come to enjoy the natural beauty, outdoor activities, and serenity of Western Maine.

The Rangeley Tavern offers an inviting, historic setting for catching up with friends and family while enjoying seasonal cooking at its best. Sophisticated rustic cuisine with an international flair, featuring pork, steak, fish, unique vegetarian entrees, and light fare. The Tavern has a casual atmosphere and a full bar. It is enjoyed by our guests and the general public. The Rangeley Tavern is pleased to offer a seasonal menu with locally sustainable produce, dairy and meats and we continually strive to source locally, reduce waste, and minimize our impact on the earth while simultaneously upholding quality levels of food and service.
