Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cafe Manager to lead our daily operations and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This is a seasonal leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves building community through great coffee and hospitality.
Schedule
- Thursday-Saturday: Full days
- Sunday: Half day
- Total: 30-35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations with meticulous attention to quality and craftsmanship
- Manage and mentor a small seasonal team of 2-3 staff members
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the space
- Create welcoming experiences for coworking members and cafe guests
- Handle inventory management and ordering systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support special events and community programming
