What are the responsibilities and job description for the Venue Attendant position at The Range Wedding Event Venue?
- WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED (Friday- Sunday)
- Ensure proper setup of events, including placement of tables/ chairs and The Range rental pieces.
- Host rehearsal events
- Greet, acknowledge, and interact with clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Primary venue contact during scheduled work times.
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Confidently ensure that venue policies are followed throughout the event.
- Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on the event day.
- Provide support to vendors when needed.
- Care for the cleanliness, inventory, and safety of the property and document any damages.
