• High School Diploma
• Associates or bachelors degree (preferred)
• 3 years of customer service

• 2 years of clinical veterinary experience

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation

• Proficiency with technology, iOS and EzyVet specifically

• Client communication / education and relationship development, including phone / text, electronic (email) and in-person communications

• Patient care, including proficiency with safe and reliable restraint
• Basic medical mathematics
• Participate in activities contributing to maintaining a clean environment
• Support activities related to the scheduling of appointments
• Supporting activities related to appointments including but not limited to obtaining histories, TPRs / weights, assisting with medical records, and completing standard appointment procedures (i.e. vaccinations, nail trims, ear cleanings, etc.)
• Supporting activities related to hospital admissions including but not limited to verifying consent forms, patient information, medications, and fasting status
• Supporting activities related to therapeutic procedures and completing diagnostics (including laboratory and radiology imaging studies)
• Assist with anesthesia as directed (responsibilities will vary pending experience and state requirements), which may include the administration of medication, intubation monitoring and recovery of patients
• Ability to monitor patients under anesthesia with little to no guidance
• Assist with surgical and dental procedures as directed (responsibilities will vary pending experience and state requirements)

• Proficiency with cleaning and sterilizing equipment

This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering either five, eight hour shifts or four ten hour shifts. While the schedule is expected to be consistent, changes may be necessary to meet the needs of a growing hospital. The following holidays are observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
