Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, elevated hospitality with timely, accurate, and detail focused service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency, confidence, and grace
- Collaborate closely with the service team to create a seamless, memorable dining experience
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menus, including seasonal offerings, specialty items, and chef driven features
- Offer thoughtful recommendations for wine, spirits, and cocktails, showcasing advanced product knowledge
- Partner with kitchen and bar teams to ensure precise and prompt delivery of all food and beverage orders
- Assist Hosts, Servers, and Management with table setups, resets, and dining room organization as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment in accordance with restaurant standards
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members to support a collaborative and professional atmosphere
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience required
- WSET Level 2 or Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification required
- Strong wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge essential
- Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (Aloha)
- Availability to consistently evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit required
