This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for driving digital transformation, ERP administration, business intelligence, and cybersecurity across a growing multi-location operation.
🔧 What You'll Own:
• ERP implementation & administration (Odoo preferred)
• Executive dashboards & Business Intelligence
• Process automation & system integrations
• AI applied to business operations
• Technology infrastructure & cybersecurity
• Technology project management
• IT team leadership & development
✅ What We're Looking For:
• 5–8 years in technology leadership roles
• Proven ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong background in BI, automation, and system integrations
• Knowledge of AI tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Advanced English and Spanish required
• Experience in retail, distribution, or construction a plus
