We are currently hiring motivated individuals in our Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Helper position. We want someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and upholding the standards of a high-end thrift store! NOTE: YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A CDL to perform this job! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Excellent customer service and ensure a great donation experience for our customers.
- Drive a box truck on various routes and pick up donated furniture (can include large/heavy items).
- Help clean and perform/report basic maintenance on vehicles (Check tires, fluids, etc.).
- Communicate Ranch vision with donors and store customers.
- Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's Management.

- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has attention to detail.
- Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the work environment, including willingness to move from one job role to another at the direction of Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business (Preferred)
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Basic math skills
- Valid WV Driver's License
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
