THE OPPORTUNITY: SEASONAL TO FULL-TIME CAREER PATH
We are currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Stewards to join our culinary team across the United States. We hire for this role as a seasonal position with a direct, performance-based pathway to Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) status. Staff members who demonstrate excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and consistently meet performance expectations will be invited to transition to a full-time, year-round role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.

Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Properly organize and store kitchen equipment and supplies.

Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory rotation, and storage organization.

Support culinary team members by maintaining clean and service-ready kitchen environments throughout shifts.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.

Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.

Assist with deep cleaning projects and additional back-of-house responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Strong luxury hospitality mindset with an impeccable work ethic.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Highly dependable with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate, problem-solve, and take initiative.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shared on-site staff housing is available at no cost (houses 2-4 people, no pets).

Seasonal staff members opting to find their own housing receive a $300 monthly housing stipend.

For those carpooling and commuting from Philipsburg or Anaconda, a 15-gallon Carpool Stipend is available.
