Job Responsibilities
- Driving Daily Momentum: Executing a high volume of outbound interactions (100–150 daily dials) across multiple lead sources within our database.
- Multi-Source Prospecting: Navigating a variety of opportunities including expired listings, FSBOs, neighborhood farming, and just-listed/just-sold campaigns.
- Strategic Neighborhood Farming: Targeting specific geographic areas to build brand awareness and identify off-market opportunities before the competition.
- Script & System Execution: Using our proven communication tools to navigate objections, build rapport instantly, and qualify prospect motivation.
- Pipeline Development: Meticulously updating the CRM to ensure that every "maybe" today becomes a closing tomorrow through relentless, professional follow-up.
Job Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (Required): You are a licensed professional who is ready to put your credentials to work in a high-production environment.
