Sr. Account Manager

Ramey is hiring a Senior Account Manager, Advertising & Marketing.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead client relationships while helping shape the marketing strategies that move their businesses forward.

This role is for an experienced agency professional who understands how strategy, creative, media and execution work together to drive results. You’ll translate client business objectives into actionable marketing strategies, guide cross-functional teams and ensure Ramey delivers smart, effective work.

Role Details:

• Understand clients’ businesses, audiences and objectives and translate them into integrated marketing strategies
• Lead day-to-day client relationships as a trusted strategic marketing partner
• Develop proactive recommendations that address business and marketing challenges
• Partner with strategy, creative, media and project management teams to guide work from brief through execution
• Evaluate and present creative, media and strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity
• Manage client budgets, scopes, timelines and deliverables with an eye toward both client results and agency profitability
• Use performance, audience and market insights to identify opportunities and recommend next steps
• Champion the client’s business internally and ensure teams remain aligned around objectives and priorities
• Mentor and support junior account team members

What’s Needed for This Role:

• 5 years of experience in an advertising, marketing or communications agency environment
• Demonstrated experience developing and guiding integrated marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of how strategy, creative, media and execution work together
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and cross-functional agency teams
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into clear marketing opportunities
• Excellent presentation, communication and critical-thinking skills
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing scopes and budgets
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
• Collaborative mindset and a “we before me” attitude
