One day you might be building elevated comfort food inspired by America's railroads at The Rambler. The next, you'll be helping execute a wedding reception, golf tournament, or gala where every plate matters and every guest expects something memorable.

What You'll Do

• Prep ingredients with speed, precision, and pride.
• Slice, dice, chop, season, marinate, and transform raw ingredients into something worth talking about.
• Execute menu items consistently during service, whether it's a busy dinner rush or a 300-person banquet.
• Keep your station cleaner than your apartment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards like your paycheck depends on it—because it does.
• Assist with weddings, banquets, golf outings, special events, and the occasional controlled culinary circus.
• Work alongside a crew that understands teamwork beats ego every time.
• Help maintain inventory and communicate when we're running low on the things that keep the kitchen moving.
• Leave every shift knowing you helped create an experience, not just a meal.

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but hustle and attitude can go a long way.
• Solid knife skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
• The ability to stay calm when the printer starts sounding like a machine gun.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
• Someone who can take direction, give respect, and earn both in return.
• A team player who knows that every great service is won collectively.
• Banquet, catering, restaurant, or high-volume cooking experience is a bonus.
• The ability to stand, move, lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
