The Role
We are seeking a top-performing, results-driven professional to serve as our Assistant Director of
Client Relations.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role working exclusively with warm leads. Prospective clients have already reached out to us — your role is to guide them through an informed, supportive decision-making process.
This position plays a direct role in the firm’s growth and client experience. Excellence in this role is not about pressure — it’s about clarity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and trust. Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients
- Convert warm leads into retained clients
- Build trust quickly in emotionally sensitive situations
- Clearly articulate the firm’s value and approach
- Follow up consistently and professionally to increase conversion rates
- Track pipeline activity and performance metrics
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure seamless client onboarding
This role focuses on relationship-based selling rooted in integrity and service.
Compensation & Performance
We expect total earnings to exceed $90,000 annually, and we provide the tools, support, and infrastructure to help you achieve that.
Compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based bonuses or commission
- Significant earning upside for high performers
There are no arbitrary quotas. However, consistent performance and measurable results are required.
Qualifications
- Proven closer with a strong performance history
- Experience in consultative or high-trust sales

- Integrity, honesty, and humility
Experience in legal services, professional services, or financial services is preferred.
