We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our event marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling event marketing services, including brand activations, corporate events, trade shows, and experiential campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold outreach, and inbound leads
- Present and sell event marketing services to businesses and organizations
- Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to execute successful events
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 13 years of sales experience (event marketing, advertising, or agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience selling experiential marketing or live events
- Existing network of corporate or local business contacts
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and marketing strategies
Salary : $750 - $850
