The Raleigh School is seeking an experienced part-time elementary librarian with a proven track record and dedication to working with students in a creative, hands-on, integrated learning environment. Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable of children’s literature and digital tools, have experience with curating and maintaining a library collection, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. Additionally, as a parent-participatory school, the librarian should be comfortable working with families and a team of dedicated parent volunteers.
Qualifications:An elementary librarian at The Raleigh School must have received at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college in a related field. Significant experience is also preferred. Candidates must be willing to partner with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues.
