What You’ll Do
- Train as a server first to build a strong foundation in our service standards and guest philosophy
- Deliver exceptional bar service with speed, confidence, and personality
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to spec for both bar guests and service well
- Prep juices, syrups, and garnishes daily to keep our bar program fresh and consistent
- Build strong guest relationships—remembering names, favorite cocktails, and special moments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
- Support the broader team by jumping into server shifts as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Are 21 with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Have bartending or serving experience in a high-volume setting
- Communicate clearly, multitask like a pro, and stay calm under pressure
