What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the flow of food from kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor plate presentation, timing, and order completeness.
- Keep calm under pressure and coach team members when needed.
- Help lead the pace on the line during high-volume shifts.
- Ensure guests leave happy by double-checking quality and consistency.
- Support a clean, organized expo station and lead by example.
