Responsibilities
- Install radon mitigation systems using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring precise and secure setup
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to verify proper operation and compliance with safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on radon reduction equipment to optimize performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols during all job activities
- Communicate clearly with clients about system operation, safety procedures, and maintenance requirements
- Document all work performed accurately in service reports and update records promptly for compliance purposes
Experience
- Prior experience in the Plumbing or HVAC industry or construction environment is preferred but would consider candidates with a willingness to learn. We would also consider candidates who have recently graduated and are looking for a growing industry and willing to learn an industry that saves lives daily.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in a professional setting is Preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to environmental health and building codes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various indoor and outdoor settings at all times of the year.
