Role Description The Entry Level Account Manager internship is an on-site role supporting client-facing projects and internal team coordination. Candidate must be located in Tampa and available for in-person work. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping manage client communications, preparing meeting notes and status reports, capturing content, and coordinating timelines and deliverables with the creative and strategy teams. The candidate will assist in developing basic marketing briefs, tracking campaign performance metrics, and compiling presentations or summaries for client review. The role also involves conducting light industry and competitor research to support client strategies and maintaining organized project documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, communications, or public relations, with foundational knowledge of how agencies support client goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear emails, summaries, and basic client-facing documents.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project records.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (such as video conferencing, shared documents, and project management platforms) and general digital literacy. (the team is remote)
