The Radicle — a new all-day cocktail bar from the team behind Daisies — is hiring line cooks to join our opening team in Logan Square.
The Radicle will serve Midwest-Italian inspired food built for a bar setting: think raw bar selections of vegetable and seafood crudos, oysters, crisp salads, fried snacks, and handmade pizzas. We’ll be open from midday to late night, six days a week, offering an energetic yet thoughtful kitchen environment where quality ingredients meet a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.
We’re looking for cooks who love the rhythm of a busy bar kitchen and take pride in executing beautiful, consistent food — whether that’s shucking oysters, firing a perfect pizza, or plating a clean, seasonal crudo.

What we’re looking for:

2 year of kitchen experience (pizza or raw bar experience a big plus)
