Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Family Law Attorney role based in Plano, TX. The attorney will manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, and enforcement actions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing legal issues, developing case strategies, and preparing pleadings and motions. The role involves drafting and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court for hearings, mediations, and trials. The attorney will collaborate with support staff, maintain organized case files, and ensure timely, professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to analyze complex Legal Issues and provide clear, practical advice.
- Substantive experience in Family Law, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings.
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Experience preparing for and conducting Depositions, as well as handling discovery and evidentiary issues.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (or eligibility for prompt admission).
- Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
