Bartender

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced bartender who can handle serving our guests from start to finish. We are looking for a team member who can do it all! Our bartenders must be able to handle greeting guests, taking orders, running food, making drinks, and keeping a clean bar/restaurant. Looking for an individual who can handle high volume and quick turnover. We are a sports bar offering gourmet burgers, hot dogs, salads, wings and more. Food is excellent, well-established reputation in the area, and a great place for anyone to gather.

We are looking to fill one weekday night and one weekend night (Saturdays) consistently with opportunities to cover more open shifts as available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they walk in, provide them with menus, and inform them of specials/other offerings.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Be able to perform cash out and balance drawer at end of shift.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending and serving-related role within the food industry is required.
• Familiarity with PixelPoint POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume situations gracefully.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests.
