Client Service & Case Management Specialist
Life, Insurance & Wealth Planning Support (Non-401(k))
📍 On-site | Full-Time
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
💰 $65,000–$90,000 , based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Client Service & Case Management Specialist to support our wealth planning and insurance operations. This is a high-responsibility, behind-the-scenes role that directly supports advisor strategy and client outcomes.
The ideal candidate works independently within clearly defined processes, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of ensuring work is completed accurately and thoroughly.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain highly detailed client financial records that support advisor preparation and client deliverables
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs outside of 401(k) plans
- Manage ongoing policyholder service and insurance administration, coordinating with carriers and internal teams
- Support insurance cases from initial inquiry through ongoing service, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
- Coordinate with attorneys and professional partners on planning-related documentation
- Support case management, meeting preparation, and follow-up tracking
- Maintain accurate client and policy data within the firm’s CRM
Work Culture & Environment
We are a relationship-driven, detail-focused firm with clear processes, high standards, and a supportive, professional culture. Team members are trusted to manage responsibilities independently while knowing when collaboration or clarification is needed.
We have been recognized for multiple years as a Best Place to Work by the Nashville Business Journal and as one of the Best & Brightest Companies to Work For—recognitions that reflect the culture we’ve intentionally built.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Sound professional judgment and discretion
- Ability to work independently within structured processes
- Experience in insurance operations, client service, or financial services support preferred
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
This Role Is Not for You If…
- You need frequent supervision rather than working independently
- Accuracy and follow-through are not priorities for you
- You prefer fast-paced, surface-level work over thoughtful, detail-driven support
