About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Coordinator Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. This is an in-person role focused on capturing content, coordinating social media materials, and working closely with an external social media agency to ensure timely, on-brand posting.

Responsibilities
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content for social media platforms
- Organize, prepare, and submit content to our external social media company
- Coordinate posting schedules, approvals, and content requests with the outside agency
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual standards are followed
- Assist with brainstorming content ideas and social media campaigns
- Track content needs and help maintain a consistent posting flow
- Support other marketing or communications tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate preferred (marketing, communications, media, or related field a plus)
- Strong interest in social media and digital content creation
- Comfortable taking photos and videos using a smartphone or camera
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, or LinkedIn
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external teams
