Duties:
- Managing the front desk, screening calls, scheduling property tours and handling mail.
- Provide a warm professional welcome to buyers, sellers, walk-in visitors
- Screen and route incoming calls to the appropriate brokers
- Manage the brokerage calendar and order office supplies
- Assist agents with preparing pitch packets, copying marketing materials and organizing paperwork
- Making sure that the reception area, conference rooms and agent workspaces are pristine
- Managing social media
Qualifications
- :2 plus years of experience in customer service or reception or an administrative role in a real estate offic
- eProficiency in Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, Outlook), familiar with ML
- SStrong communication and interpersonal skill
- sStrong work ethic and the desire to grow and lear
- nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmen
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
