Financial Analyst - Family Office
Prominent Family Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support its financial operations. This role will focus on cash flow management, account analysis, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvement and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial control functions across multiple entities and accounts.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying and investigating variances as needed.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools in Excel to deliver accurate, meaningful reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to solve problems and ensure effective execution.
- Support the creation and maintenance of organizational systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Take on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 1 years of financial analysis experience; family office and/or wealth management experience a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
