Molokai General Hospital (MGH) is a 15-bed rural health care facility with a Critical Access Hospital designation, proudly serving the residents and visitors of Molokai. Molokai General Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Outpatient Oncology RN / Case Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, actively supporting and participating in patient care, health care education, case management, program development, community networking, and clinic cost management.
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Actively supports and participates in patient care, health care education, case management program development, community networking, and clinic cost management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Hawaii State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS/HCP level certification.
- ACLS certification required within six (6) months of employment.
B. EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- One (1) year clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to keep clear and concise records.
- Experience in data collection and input.
- Ability to meet and communicate effectively with people, including establishing and sustaining positive relationships.
