Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces efficiently.
- Manage cleaning equipment safely during use and perform routine maintenance or reporting for repairs.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service completion, and ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and detergents.
- Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures with the ability to implement them effectively.
- Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work experience.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects.
