What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero (and sometimes front-and-center problem solver) making sure everything flows perfectly across our dining outlets—from the Base Lodge to the Pool Shack and beyond.
- Keep daily operations running smoothly across multiple outlets
- Make sure service is top-notch (the kind people talk about—in a good way)
- Team up with the kitchen to deliver consistently great food and service
- Jump in to solve problems, support your team, and keep things moving
- Open, close, and oversee it all like a pro
Creating Amazing Member Experiences
Our members are the heart of everything we do—and you’ll help make every visit feel special.
- Build real relationships with members and guests
- Handle feedback with professionalism (and a little grace under pressure)
- Create a welcoming, polished, and enjoyable dining atmosphere
Leading the Team
You’re not just managing—you’re building a team people actually want to be part of.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Coach and develop your team (future leaders, anyone?)
- Keep morale high and standards even higher
- Lead by example—always
The Business Side (Yes, It Matters Too)
- Monitor sales, labor, and costs
- Keep inventory and POS systems in check
- Help ensure everything runs efficiently and profitably
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of food & beverage management experience (private club or upscale hospitality = a big plus)
- Strong leadership skills and a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and service instincts
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Vermont First Class Server certification (or ability to obtain)

- You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and staying active
- You’ll work both indoors and outdoors (hello, Vermont seasons)
- Busy season (May–September) is go-time—limited time off during busy seasons
