Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Assist in catering events as required, providing bartending services for special occasions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with knowledge of mixology techniques being a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
